1. We are a UK based business and currently do not post outside of the Uk.

2.We currently accept payment via Paypal which allow safe, online payments by credit or debit card, or by Cheque (payable to DebraRose).If paying by cheque please DO NOT add items to your shopping cart, simply email us with what you wish to purchase, we will reply with the total amount, and you can then send us the cheque-please allow 7 days for the cheque to clear before your package is sent(address can be found in our contact us page).

3.We try and send out all items within 24 hours of recieving payment, however in busy times it may take up to 48 hours. Items bought Saturdays and Sundays will be posted the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays when they will be sent Tuesday). If you require an item a.s.a.p then please let us know and we will do what we can! A dispatch notification will be sent the day your package is sent.

4.All of our items are priced individually for posting, these prices include secure packaging materials and our items will be sent either First or Second Class Recorded depending on the size and weight.

5.Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class Recorded within 1 working day and Second Class Recorded within 1-3 working days, but we cannot guarantee this, especially in busy times!

6.If you have not recieved your item within 15 working days please contact us and we will endeavor to trace your package. Further details will be given as appropriate.

7. As we are a small business we DO NOT accept returns, all item information, details and measurements are given (where appropriate), if there is anything else you wish to know please contact us!

8. While we endeavor to ensure all our items are securley packaged for posting, in the event or anything arriving damaged we will require you to send it back to us (at your own expense) before replacing or refunding. We require notification of any damages within 3 days and the item returned within 7 working days.

9.Some of our items are available for collection only (stated in item description)- when sending payment please let us know when you will be able to collect your item-even if its only a rough estimate. We will hold any items for a maximum of 3 months from the date of payment, if you require longer please contact us and we will try and help. After 3 months you will be refunded via Paypal less a 10% fee and the item will be put back into the shop. Upon collection you will be asked for your name and address or the name and address registered to your Paypal account just to confirm your order. We are automatically given those details when you pay via Paypal.

10. Any personal information given to us is NOT passed on to anyone. We will only ever contact you regarding your order.
